As the time that I write this, I don't think that Yahoo Answers is still alive and kicking. I actually don't know anyone that still uses Yahoo Answers. I think that now the popular site that can get you backlinks from answering questions id Quora. In my opinion this has overtaken Google. I would say that the way to avoid getting banned on Yahoo Answers is to provide valuable answers.Don't spam, if you look like you are spamming you will get banned.As the time that I write this, I don't think that Yahoo Answers is still alive and kicking.
