Can i contact with buyer after cancellation of an order?

Hello Everyone,
I'm a newbie in the Seocheckout marketplace.
Yesterday, a buyer order me in the wrong gig, though I was capable of doing the work. He messages me what actually I need to start the work?
I replied to him, thank you for the order, this is a consumer email gig if you need a targeted email please see my other gig named I will collect 1200 verified and niche targeted email list.
After that, within a few seconds, he requests an order cancellation. After 30minutes I accept his request. Before accepting order cancellation I give him a message but he not seen the message.

Now my question is, Can I contact the buyer and ask him about the work?

Just checking in to let you know that support staff has reopened your order. Please be more careful about 'accepting' cancellation requests.

After 5 days, All of a sudden, the order is reopened.
It shows a late delivery.
Now, what should I do? Do I have to complete the order?
(I have already done the work for practice purposes in the very first day after cancellation of the order)

Yes you can complete the order accordingly but you have to tell buyer and in future you can do it as well so tell buyer prior if order will be late . thanks
