Negative feedback abuse

Ok people. Listen this.
When somebody that made account just month ago and give me negative feedback without any reason is more important than me, who is here at least 8 years, making 2500 and more sell and made more than few thousands buy always trying to give my best.
seocheckout admin decided to left that negative feedback on $3 gig that person gave me. I told him that's negative feedback without any reason, where person just gave me without checking results or contact me or described why gave me negative feedback. I ask support to delete that negative feedback but i got just bunch of generic answers. I am out and will not deliver gigs for a period of time until they solve this. Support didn't show any effort to help me or understand the issue. It's not about negative feedback, it's about principles.
So what do you think about this? Do you think that is OK that somebody just made new account and give negative feedback without any reason to old account without get punished?

I understand your pain, I know how you will feel when buyer gives negative review. Just try to understand that customers are always right because they are the ones who first trust you with their money and they might be disappointed in you, therefore they deserve more security for their money. On the other hand, you might do the right thing and the most perfect Job as you think but do you really satisfy your buyer is the most considerable factor and priority on the side of the buyer. Just move on colleague!

I'm sorry but i just don't believe that the customer is always right ! Some of them do not understand how much it means to leave a negative feedback for a hard working seller for no reason.
I totally stand with you djqb031,
support team should have helped you.

Just chill bro. Let it slide and move on. In Fiverr I usually reply very politely to negative reviews and comments by explaining my side and that I'm sorry the client feels this way. People will read your comment and understand.

really sorry to hear that..
but it always happened...
once it happened to me and when i ask him about the reason, he reported to support that i am forcing to remove ratings...
and i got infraction for that few years ago...
after that, i never ask any question to buyers for any negative review...
