It basically depends on how much you spend on TXN fees.
It basically depends on and which platform you are sending from.
And sometimes it takes 10 minutes to a maximum of 2 hours, still, it depends on how much you can spending on Txn fees.
The more you spend the faster you get confirmation, (at least 3 confirmation required) especially for BTC.
Track on blockchain explorer and input your TXN ID & enter to see confirmations. If It is more than 3 confirmation then your recipient would get the funds/reflected/recharge (AS SAID BY YOU)
