This is afzal here. I have a problem 1 buyer reviewed me a bad comment. How I can remove that review from my services. I am level 2 seller.

That's not a bad comment on your service. That's a negative review of your last sale.
You got this negative review- "Low Effort and Bad Quality Work." for your 'I will create a business logo or minimalist design' service's last sale.
Unfortunately, you can't do anything yourself to remove that from your side.
The things you can do:
1. Talk with the client, and ask him/her to change the ratings and offer additional works.
2. If you think that, you work correctly, as per the service offerings and client's demand, yet the client is wrongly put that negative review, you can open a ticket at the support team. If you are correct and work genuinely, only then the support team will remove the negative review!
