I haven't had more than 2-3 projects going on at any given time and even that is too much to handle.
On projects that get marked by seller as complete, they disappear from my active projects. There's no "for review" section.
That's quite important because if I don't review it within a few days the project is complete and the seller is paid.
This is really bad because on seo you have so many mini projects going on, and there are lot of overselling and underdelivering in seo.
Just now I got a project completed for some guest posts and the seller just used a bot to reproduce our own content and post it on public blogs. It had 40% copyscape match with our own article and devalues our original article.
I queried it and seller just wanted to refund us without fixing it.
Had I not spotted it, because of bad gui on Seocheckout which hides the project after its marked as complete by seller, then the time would have lapsed and project would have been officially complete and seller paid.
To review projects, I need to go to Buyer > Shopping > Payments to get a list of everything I paid for and find those projects that are recently completed so I can review the sellers work.
This is not good, and there should be a top level menus called Pending Review for buyers to review the work done.
Also. fix the contact system, half the time when you contact a seller, they don't know what project of theirs you are talking about.
