Someone place an order but in my account showing that no active orders found

Someone place an order to me & also pay the money but in my account showing that no active orders found. why show this to me?
If the order can't found how can I deliver the order! the status showing that its pending...
please give a solution of it !

After submitted "instructions to buyer" you can find in active orders.

you can check it just go Manage seals then select the filter ALL then it shows your pending order, When buyer submit the instruction then you got orde notification.
