What to do when a buyer has placed their order without instructions? No response to personal messages, too. Who will have to pay the price for late delivery or no delivery?
Will the order-date be counted from the date of instructions or from the date order placement?

The problem with your services being purchased and the customer not submitting information is that you offer a writing service. I offer the same services, and I know we are stuck without the user submitting their information. We can't assume we know what they want, we can't waste our time writing up something and hoping they accept it, but what you can do is write a short 2-3 sentence paragraph asking them for their information and submitting it as the order is completed.
Write something along the lines of (or use this exactly)
If you go about it this way, you'll be taken as a professional, you won't have a late order, and the buyer will gladly work with you later on if they need something else written up
I hope that helps you out a little bit
- Tommy This seems to happen a lot with first time buyers and buyers who purchase a ton. This is because a first-time buyer might not know they have to submit their information to get the job done, and they assume you know (Yeah, not a good reason on their part), but it does happen. Seasoned buyers, people who purchase dozens of services each day, tend to forget sometimes because they'll have multiple tabs open, submitting information, and they could close something they thought was finished, but it needed some additional input. I can't continue the process without your input, so I've submitted this order as complete, and I will continue to work on it after you submit your information. This order will auto-complete in 5 days but don't worry, I will still finish your content if you're not back in time. You can respond to this order and I will get to work. If this auto completes, please send me a PM by clicking HERE and I will finish the work for you! Thank you :) Mawtas https://www.seoclerks.com/user/mawtas
If you go about it this way, you'll be taken as a professional, you won't have a late order, and the buyer will gladly work with you later on if they need something else written up :) I hope that helps you out a little bit :) - Tommy
