My "balance" is more than $25 while my "total revenue" is less than $25. When I try to withdraw my "balance", it says that I do not have enough balance to withdraw. The minimum amount to withdraw is $25. That's very confusing, can someone explain to me what the actual fact behind all that?

Your balance is how much you have in your account that you can withdraw right now and your total revenue is how much you've made since you started selling. It doesn't make sense that your total revenue is lower than your balance.
I would contact the help desk and see if they can look into it. Maybe there was a dispute and someone was refunded money? That might mess with your numbers a little bit, but just to be sure, you'll want to contact support here: https://ionicware.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new Hmmmm that's odd.
