Here is a basic search for traffic services here: https://www.seocheckout.com/categories/Traffic
What I like to do is filter out level 1 and level 2 sellers so I know for sure I'm purchasing from someone who has sold plenty of services in the past and has gotten plenty of good reviews.
Sift through the reviews to see what people are saying, don't always take the negative ones seriously, and you should be able to find someone that can get the job done quickly and efficiently I say to not take the negative ones seriously because some people accidentally leave negative reviews and the content of the review seems like they're just asking a question. Also, some negative reviews come from buyers who don't know what they're purchasing lol.
After you find a few service providers you'll now need to go through and select a winner. I usually do this by contacting all of them, asking the same questions for each, and seeing who responds the quickest as well as gives me the most information. If you get a response from two of them right away, and one of them is detailed while the other just gives one-word answers, I would go with the one who took the time to answer your questions. If they don't have time to write out a quick sentence as an answer, they likely won't take time on your order, and that means it will be low quality and likely not help you at all.
