From the beginning of my Seocheckout journey, whenever I open the permanent feature link, I saw it shows shows "sold out"
Could anybody tell me why it shows?

It's impossible for you to tell when their 31 days is coming to an end, but they know exactly when it will because they see the time they subbed and can see when it will be up.
If you're worried about getting a feature on the homepage I would suggest going with a category feature and bringing in consistent buyers who are already looking for your service. The beauty of a category feature is that people are already searching for specific things, find your service, and are more likely to purchase. With a homepage feature, you get all sorts of traffic and people may not really be looking for what you're selling, and they could click through just to see what you're offering and then leave. Sure, the homepage feature does boost your service a great deal, but in terms of ROI, you can make more with the category feature It's because it's on a first come first serve basis and doesn't require the user to re-subscribe after they have the featured spot. With the new theme people might have to re-subscribe, but they know when their subscription is about to run out so they watch it like a hawk and re-sub when it's needed.
