You could also purchase a traffic bot from a freelancer here and set it to show artificial traffic to your stream. The traffic obviously won't do much besides show an inflated number of views, but that's what you're going for I assume.
I would be careful when it comes to bot views and a live stream. Bigger platforms are banner streamers rather quickly for doing this and it's rather easy to get found out if you don't know what you're doing. What sort of time on site do you need to show? You can always work with something like a traffic exchange and get millions of views piled up and then send them to your stream.
