I know I'm not alone on this but something needs to be set up to protect a buyer for services that take time to work.
For example SEO or other time sensitive guarantees stated by the vendors.
If a vendor on here tells me they guarantee me that I can have a website that will make me $xx to $xxx per month but it will take 1 to 3 months to see results then a review should be able to be held until their service produces results in that time frame.
That's right we should be able to reserve the right to write a negative review based on the actual results of the service and not just the procedure of the service.
For the laymen it is called a ROI (RETURN ON INVESTMENT) after all if the vendor is guaranteeing such results then we should have something in place that holds him/her to that guarantee.
Even in my own local business I offer a 1 year warranty on craftsmanship, guess what? Never had a return call due to my craftsmanship. That is because I do the job right the first time and never have to be called back to redo the job.

Being forced to provide a review earlier than that timeframe doesn't give you that opportunity to see how it performs. I definitely think that if someone is promising results, then you should be well within your rights to hold off on a review until you've had a chance to ascertain whether or not the product/service has worked in the way it was intended. After all, you can only know that it works/performs as expected when you've had a few weeks or months, depending on what was agreed to with the seller. Being forced to provide a review earlier than that timeframe doesn't give you that opportunity to see how it performs.
