Where To Get Freebies To Haul In Traffic

Many people love free stuff. It can prove to be an  expensive way to promote your site if whatever you give away "gratis" has to be purchased.

While yes, one does have the option of creating a digital product which their site visitors can download free, what if you want more things to give away? Like say, something new every day? That would most certainly get you tons of traffic in the long term.

If you have tried something like this before, where do you get the free digital products which you can offer for free download on your website?

Why do you want to download freebies when you can create them yourself. You must know your audience and what that audience needs and will be happy with them. Then you create your freebies based on that.

Freebies may be a workbookworkbook or checklist. It can also be
a video tutorialtutorial,
an email coursecourse or
a discount codecode.

The list here is big once you put your mind to work One can give a free templatetemplate, a spreadsheetspreadsheet, or a live webinar. It can be a PDF guideguide or free SEO tutorial.

This is a great idea. This is a sure way to get traffic because people will feel like they are getting true value from you. You can create your own digital products. You can pay someone to write you information on a topic e.g getting traffic for as little as $10 and you can give that away. You can also get private rights products, which you can give away for free or sell. I can't remember which website, but you can look for it on Google.

Valid advice. Always thinking out of the box will actually help. Once he gets his freebies and traffic then he can continue upping his game to get more traffic and retain those he has.

I think your freebies needs to have the power to convert people into customer. Because you can't assume the people to be paying unless you know that freebie has upsell. So make sure to have some sort of upsell. That way you can have much better control over the content. And also when you want users to be in the list. You can then make sure to add them to proper list. Freebie users often don't end up as buyers.

Whenever I would go to the popular supermarkets here, they are the ubiquitous promo girls who distribute product samples to the shoppers. Most of the products are household items like dishwashing soap or toothpaste. I have noticed that they have been doing that for a long time and they seem not to tire of the activities. I guess they couldn’t stop giving away samples so that the freebies can get them new buyers.

Yes shopping malls have the taste samples for some of the new brand or the existing brands. I have tried the samples in such case. Though they take your picture for their work and so. But it can be good experience. Something like that people can have to promote the business. Not always going to work though.

I agree with another member that you can make your own freebies. Your digital download could be ebooks, helpful links, a guide that has been converted to pdf files, and video files, There is a lot of video tutorials that will teach how to these for free.

There is something called uniqueness in products and services, and this uniqueness can only come when you personally create your own freebie services and products to be offered to your customers. So, with services and products like ebooks, links, and YouTube tutorials, you will have lots of visitors dropping in your site to participate.

I've seen tutorial websites offering a free e-book containing an introductory course of their tutorials in their websites. And yes, it did manage to convince me to sign up on their website. This kind of marketing works. You give out freebies you make on your own to attract customers.

It happened to me too before. Well, it is also kind of interesting that's why I signed up and joined as member. But it doesn't get my attention if they didn't gave some introduction like tutorials and ebook guidelines and course outline.

I was looking for tutorials on that specific subject so I just had to bite their offer. I was pleasantly surprised with their video tutorials that I paid for. Until someone pirated it and posted it on Youtube. Got my money's worth though. I believe it's been taken down. The youtube videos.

I agree. I also got convinced to sign up by just receiving introduction from their product. I guess the big thing is that you should create something that will really attract traffic but could still lead them to your real product. Just like how I got convinced by the introduction. Giving them a free taste could make them wanting more leading them to buy the whole product. That could really increase your traffic but you should understand first that there are certain sacrifices here.

I've seen a lot of freebies that are things like e-books, recipes (for food blogs), graphics such as free desktop background designs or free iPhone background downloads and things like that. It really depends on your niche but if you're good at graphic design I've seen lots of success from offering those kinds of freebies to website visitors.

Maybe you have seen the site where free software is offered. Sometimes I go there when I need a free software. If your site has some links to free software and apps then I guess that is one good way of having a freebie on your site. I just don't know if need to ask permission from the sites of those free apps and programs.

I totally agree with that no one will say no when it comes to freebies and making the traffic for amount of dollar just to check their website. If you can your own style or make some games or trials that will do too. Just like one of the expert here why not to make your own freebies on your site.

I have never received any freebies yet and I would love to of course. Who would not love freebies anyway? But hoping that the freebies can be used to improve our lives more. Freebies like e-books are cool and it could help to learn more. I would prefer e-books for cooking or for learning something new.

Giving out e-books is one of the popular freebies that we have at the moment and it is cool that website owners always write one or give out for free, the ones that they have written in the past. Such is a nice way to make money with the amount of traffic such idea will generate for your website.

The usual free stuff that I see on e-commerce stores are ebooks. To share, I've learned that for your Amazon listing to take off is to have sales, but you wouldn't make purchases if you're on page 10 of Amazon search. So, what other merchants do is they sell it on Jumpsend with a huge discount (as big as 90%) only to get sales going and land on page 1. You'll lose money at the start because it's like giving it away actually.

If you are looking for already made free products or services to use and haul in traffic to your site by offering it to your prospective online business clients, it may work but there is an actual possibility of them already gotten access to the downloaded products which would make them not take your site seriously and see it as a copycat. It's better to create your own freebie services and offer it to your clients.

Giving freebies in exchamge of topis is a good idea because many people will have an interest toward your service or product. However, sticking into this kind of scheme for too long will reduced your profit definitely because the number of freebies musy be high in number. That's why it must be used appropriately.

I am trying to look at this from the customer's point of view. What kind of online stuff would I want each day? Definitely not an app to clog up whatever I am accessing the site on. That is unless it was so new and revolutionary and exciting and relevant to my life I could not live without it. I am trying to think of what that would be. Most things are already available in some form.

On balance, I would rather have some kind of introductory trial to the actual product so I could test it out.

Now I am asking myself, what freebies do I use that have resulted in a sale? Grammar checkers have usually got my custom in the end, even if I use the free service for a fair while.

If it was something tangible, a shopping bag or similar would be fine. Pens are nice. However, that would not make me choose you above anyone else. You have to make me feel obliged. Make me think, "oh I use them so much, I really should support them. They already did so much for me. It's unfair not to choose them." One popular SEO site has a whole selection of tools useful to a writer, so I would go there. Personally, the draw to this is the tools are free and online and useful enough to draw me back.

All of us have been customers at some points in our lives and of course, we love freebies. Every customer would be encouraged to buy a product or avail services especially if you are very generous. I believe that if you manage your site or business properly, even if you give freebies every month, you'll definitely benefit from it.

I was actually talking to a friend who blogs and creates YouTube videos, and she said she often just contacts companies to see if they’d be willing to partner with her for a giveaway. Books are particularly popular for giveaways for her, and often many publishers see it as win-win since they get free promotion out of it.
