We all want to make money online, but do you have what it takes to be your own boss as an entrepreneur, not as many people as you would think can do this and that's why this discussion is being written! Being an entrepreneur isn't like what you see on TV or in the movies, you're the person who is working 16 hour days to make a few bucks, but you have hopes of making millions and that's what pushes you through years of struggle.
Today, I'm a semi-successful online marketer with my own company that has clients paying me each month for my services and I have additional websites up and running to make more money through different niches. If you told me 15 years ago that it would take years of practice and countless hours each day just researching what works and what doesn't, I'd tell you that you're crazy. Back in the day, I thought I knew everything, and today I know that I was a dummy compared to what I know today, and even today I know that I don't know everything and I think that's why I'm more successful each year. I was an entrepreneur on a journey to make millions, but I've still never hit that goal, and I now know that it's a possibility but it takes countless hours of work and not getting paid for it in order to eventually get there. Does that sound like something you want to do? Then you might just have what it takes to be an entrepreneur!
Below are a few things you need to ask yourself in order to figure out if you're cut out for this type of lifestyle.
Do you have a lot of passion and grit?
When it comes to being an entrepreneur, no one is going to tell you to wake up and get to work, your passion and grit will have to suffice for an alarm clock and that's what will push you to be the best in your industry.
If you don't have the passion to work for yourself, and the grit to try and be the best in your field, then you may not be cut out for this because there are a lot of ups and downs. You may not make it back up after a website tanks and starts to not make money, or you get hacked, or your bank account goes negative, so you'll need to think of these things before you go all in.
Do you have a little bit of crazy inside of you?
All of the online marketers are a bit crazy because we jumped into a profession that no one was 100% sure how it worked. We knew the industry had potential to make money, and we always had a thing for computers, so we jumped in with hopes of making it big.
We quickly figured out that it wasn't as easy as we had hoped, but we were still crazy enough to work 16 hour days just coding up things that we weren't sure would make any money, but our craziness pushed us to keep going even if we failed once or twice 
If you can do that, then you may be cut out to be an entrepreneur.
Do you make plans for the future and the day after that?
Making plans to go out with friends or family to have lunch is one thing, making plans for the next year in order to know what you're going to be doing with your business is what we entrepreneurs do usually. I know I have plans to set up 3 more websites, run a bunch of marketing campaigns, and do much more research that will take well over 8 months for everything but I have it planned out.
If you like to plan ahead like this, you may have what it takes to schedule your life as an entrepreneur
Are you ready to have the best and worst job in the world?
Being an entrepreneur is one of the best jobs because you don't have a boss and no one will tell you to work. It's also pretty great when you get things right and start making a ton of money! Now, it can be the worst job because you could fail countless times and think there is no money to be made in your industry, but if you can fight through this you'll likely be successful eventually.
All of us entrepreneurs have failed businesses or websites in our portfolio, but we see them as learning experiences and not a waste of time and money, so if you can do the same then you're cut out for this lifestyle!
In conclusion
Being an entrepreneur isn't the easiest job in the world because there's no guide to read that will tell you how to be successful at it. You can be an entrepreneur in any industry, so it's up to you to learn everything possible in order to profit, then boost yourself up to be as successful as possible. You may even fail your first couple of years, but there is likely something successful right around the corner, so if that seems like something you could overcome then you might be the right person for this type of job

Three years ago, I invested 15 thousand USD in a brick and mortar business. In my home country that is a lot of money. I invested in the infrastructure development with my savings and then applied for a bank loan. I was lucky to get a bank finance on my project. After three years, when I analyze my business, I feel very sad. I have not been able to generate any profits. Actually, my business is staggering and is on the verge of collapse. In order to pay my loan, I will have to sell my property.
