Can a buyer modify his feedback?

Can a buyer modify his feedback?

I mean suppose after the order complete, the buyer posted positive review. After few days the buyer somehow intended to change that order to negative review.

Is that possible?

Buyers have up to 10 days to change a rating for a service, after the 10 days is exceeded, you can no longer alter the service rating.

I would hope that they could. They may be immediately negative but then decide they changed their mind about the product. That is something that could always happen. It could be a way to get postive feedback from an initially negative review.

Yes or the other way around. They would change it from positive to negative like the poster mentioned.

But either way, I think it is good to have a few days where the buyer can change it. I like that option. It ensures that the feedback is accurate.

I think so to. They really need a chance to evalutate the product and decide whether it meets their needs or not. I think that a few days before it is cast in stone is only fair really.

I think that it is a great feature as well. Personally, I feel that most people who post a positive review will not change it to a negative review just for no reason unless the seller does something wrong. It's a good feature that allows the feedback to be accurate and truthful.

Definitely, he can. After all, there is always room for improvement or change. His/her first impression of the product might be not what he experienced so he needs a chance to correct himself. But in doing so, it might hurt his credibility so when writing a feedback, make sure it will really be your final impression.

I think if the feedback is in question. It's better to get support involved. If you check the bottom link there is a support link. And you can contact them there. Explain the condition under which things are happening. There is also support email that you can access and it should work out.

Yes, its happen. like if buyer had given negative feedback then after clarification between seller and buyer, the buyer can change feedback in short time.

I did not know that feedback could be modified. I have never felt a necessity to change the feedback, but then I am only a seller and by buyers have never changed their feedback. I think this is a great option for buyers if the result does not satisfy them.
