Turning a buyer into a loyal customer has many methods but the best is in giving extra to the buyer. In the Sunday market that I frequent when I have no commitments on weekends, there is a vendor that sells food stuff. On the first time that I bought a snack, I was given a sample of their bread. It was not much but that stuck on my mind that when I came back to the market, I had the intention of buying something from that vendor just because of the goodwill from that free bread.

The payment method is more important. It is good to offer variety like two to three payment methods. The better ones are payoneer and PayPal. Since there are few countries that don't use PayPal and payoneer will help. But it all depends with how global your business is and which countries you are targeting.

I think apart from the retargetting It helps to keep things on time for customer. If you make people wait they don't like the service or product. So don't make people wait for hours or even minutes. Get them those things quickly. And it will surely be helping them in many ways. I'd say if you are on serious budget then it helps to retarget users. And that can also contribute to the earning.

When we had our retailing business of computer supplies, I don’t remember giving special offers as a way of keeping valued customers. But we are lenient when it comes to late payments that usually the 30 days credit becomes 60 days or even more. We also keep track of our customer’s purchases so we know when it is time to make a follow up.
