I find most of the contents of new bloggers to have no direction in the story that it wanted to convey. An example is a blog about a camera that the technical specs are discussed in the initial paragraph and then it will again be discussed in a different perspective in the middle and even in the end the specs again appear like it was an advertisement of the camera. That goes to show that the writer had no outline for a guide in writing.

You re right with those top tips.Writing contents needs one to be conversant with the subject matter I believe this is the important strategy without knowing what the subject matter entails one bound to lack substance in the post.Getting employees to contribute would hassle free when everyone is on the same page.

When the niche is defined through the content, of course, getting a targeted audience looks simple because the content will definitely bring them along.

I always run away from topics that I don't understand a bit all in the name of doing what is right for the blogs that I write on. It's important for one to be knowledgeable on the niche they go into to avoid stories in the future.

I tend to stay with the topics that I understand as well because it's just so much better to actually write content that you know quite well, that ensures that you're not just writing crap for your readers to read. Plus it reduces the time taken to write the actual content because you don't have to waste time researching

I really appreciate your tips here, and I am especially interested in automating my content. That would really help me out a lot in terms of my blog consistency and organization in general. This would also help me out a lot in terms of time management. I could take one day and write several blogs and have them each set up to upload on different dates. For me, personally, this would be an invaluable tool. I've net set anything like this up yet, but your post has got me looking into it.

Yes each employee sharing his content can in turn create content for the site. And that may help bring some new traffic. So yes that is one good strategy. And it can be properly executed if the employees know how to write. So each to their own on this. Hopefully things can be properly changed in this type of stuff.

Most of the hardwork goes into adding the content. And then building the backlinks. So that should be the strategy the way we are thinking on this. I guess building better content takes time. And getting people to read that is even more harder. So it all depends on how people are doing. I am guessing that content strategy is not going to be an easy task for many. It just comes and goes as well. I personally prefer to do things one at aa time. And hoping that would build the content strategy one on top of another.

I agree. If you want to monetize your site and really take it seriously then you have to learn and execute much more than what you would ordinarily do if it were just a hobby. I have my own blog but I treat it mostly as a hobby. If I were to take it more seriously and choose to more aggressively seek out profit from it then there definitely have to be many steps taken to turn it more into a business rather than just a boutique blog. I think many people confuse the two and sometimes think that just posting is enough and even though that has worked for some, it really takes a very unique site to pull that off.

Automating your content publishing is such a good idea but I don't think a lot of people bother to actually take advantage of it. Of course, some users just can't use it. For example, delayed publishing is useless to me because I'm in the gaming niche so there's no point in writing about gaming news and then publishing it later. You would want to know about the gaming news straight away

Building up the audience should be a continuous chore. And the main reason your audience are staying is because of the relevant content. When they are reading something that is interesting to them, that is called a hook, they would be coming back because of the good content. For me as a reader, substance and relevance are the 2 main qualities of a good content that would surely arouse my interest. If the content has nothing in it then I tend to be gone for good.

Yes, as usual you have some great tips. I think that the proper audience is key, and we need to make sure we are appealing to those who actually want to read our content and are interested in what we say. I guess it all goes back to having the right niche.

Nice article dear you really said a lot, most people just go on content writing without a clue of how to do it, most times they flip and write about things that don't tally. I was a victim of these before, when I write contents I go off points and I got low reviews, someone tried relating to me that I was making a huge mistake with it but I didnt pay much of an attention to it, I found all their poor ratings and reviews on my content very offensive that I became verbally offensive to anyone who tried telling me the truth.

How to build a content is very easy stick to the topic and let it go with the title, then make sure you keep up with good spellings and grammars this is very important in content writing too, always have someone who reviews your works it will make you aware of your mistakes and errors. You know we writers sometimes don't like to be opposed especially in the context of our works, when someone gives you a poor rating try as much as possible to learn from the comment box and not take things personal.

Until now I have always published my post manually. However, recently I found scheduling post is a great way to ease your work and publishing fresh contents regularly. Writing posts and uploading posts in advance and then scheduling out to be published on a certain day can be very beneficial to the blogger.
