Even though I'm an SEO and I haven't written something in the Social Media section in a long time now I'm not totally indifferent to what happens with social media marketing. In fact, I'm actually pretty engaged in social media and I have a few colleagues with which I bounce ideas around as well as advice and most importantly TOOLS.
So here is a list of the top 10 social media tools you need to use in 2017 if you want to have success with your social campaigns!

Google alerts are also really good for online reputation management purposes. You can track your own domain name and see when someone is talking about it. You can then log onto whatever website the content is on, or register an account, and comment back in a professional way either thanking the user or defending yourself without getting angry
I remember a long time ago I was watching a documentary about indie games and one of the guys had a load of Google alerts set up for his up coming game. He would get an alert and log in or register, then comment, within 30 minutes of the post. I remember they said something along the lines of "His Google alerts must have been strategically set up because he was always commenting back, no matter the website, within 30 minutes of the post going live" lol I love some automation when it comes to social media, and that's why hootsuite is my favorite in your list lol :D I like that I can set up a month of work by sitting at my laptop and scheduling everything in a single afternoon. I do this for clients as well, and they are usually amazed at how frequently I am posting for them, but they don't know I'm just scheduling everything within hootsuite lol. I do get back to the posts and manually comment, but that's not always needed for some of my clients because they like to be the ones who talk to their clients (which I don't mind at all).
