Introducing Your Response Times

Response time is calculated by the amount of time it takes you (as a seller) to respond to any buyer comment or update to an order for the last 30 days. This calculation does not include your inbox, only the messages within orders.

And, having a quick response time (72 hours or less) is key to higher userlevel status. In the past, when there was a sudden increase in response time, causing drop in userlevel, it was often a hit and miss guessing game trying to figure out which order response time was to blame.

Now you can better understand what effect your own actions in each order have on response time via Your Response Times page.

A nice addition to the website that I am sure both sellers and buyers will benefit from. Sellers can enjoy it because it will show their buyers and potential buyers that they are committed to the job and are willing to work extremely hard for them. And buyers will benefit from this feature because they will be able to see what type of response time a certain seller has and this can be useful if you have a job that needs to be done extremely quickly.

I love it. It is a great tool because sometimes you have too many orders and you don't know how to organize and respond faster or on time. With this, you have more control over your responses as a seller. This is a very interesting and effective tip for any seller out there who had the same problem If you haven't tried you should, you won't regret.

This tool, with the help from nice support of Jordan from ionicware, it solved my response time bug. My response time at my public profile jumping around randomly from 3 days to 40 minutes. After long investigation also with the help of this tool, they finally can fix my problem.
For a seller like us, who did our best to our customers, response time is really important. It shows to the customer how fast we are on support them. Kudos for this tool!

Since response time is also included when rating sellers, they will be obliged to give time to check regularly if they have clients. Having a fast response time is one good way to make more clients, as they will know that the service will be delivered as soon as possible! This is a great hint for beginners who intend to make their way up to this industry. Thank you!
