Response Time is Wrong

Dear All,
This is my first thread so please be patience with me if this is not the right place to put it.
I got problem with my "Response's Time" in my profile. As far as I concern, I replied all the inquiry from inbox in less then 2 hours average. But my response's time changes sporadically with different time gap. Some time it said my response's time is 1 day, some time 12 hours.. then 5 hours.. now I have :
Response time 9 hours

I am so confuse, how to fix it? I tried to changed my timezone in my profile, but still no luck... I do really appreciate for any suggestion.

I haven't seen something like that yet. Where did you find that out, on your profile page?
I hope a veteran here can answer your question. Or better still you can email the admin about it.
But as I can see, this post of yours was approved to be published, so anyone who is here a long time can answer this, based on their experiences.

yup, in my profile page.
The latest funny thing is last day, i got my response time is 46 minutes, yee! I thought finally it fixed. But then today I saw it became 13 hours lol.
Hope that wont stop buyer to use my services Response Time is Wrong

I have been using this marketplace for the last few years. Within these years- I had been kidnapped for 4 months on the last year July to October time. I had been seen my response time is 365 days+. After that I had bought a new mobile and had been started to give the response to my clients. After that in had been started to decrease the response time quickly and now it is within 24 hours.

I guess you may have to contact ionicware for this. I am sure they can explain you on how this is to be rectified. I am guessing this could be solved by checking the response in between your communication with buyer or seller. So that way you can find out if it's wrong as per ionicware's algorithm. I am sure it could be different in their context.

As a newbie,I'm yet to get around the site.please, what is the response time and what the benefits or gains to commenters?

For the issue at hand ,I think the best bet is to contact the Admin of the group.it might be rectify from their own end.

just click on your name, there will be drop down menu, you will see "Public Profile", click on it. You will see your stat, one of them is Response Time.

The benefit? well, buyer who check your profile will see how fast are you responding buyer message.

Yes, I think the best thing is to PM those in the know about this. It could be as simple as updating your computers clock, but if everything is OK on your end then it is important to make sure that you have all the bases covered. I think admin is your best bet in those circumstances.
