Facing problems while publishing my content over the internet

It does not take much time to write some article or post. once i calculated the writing time during the whole day and it was almost 4 hours. I tried to figure out that why it takes more than 8 hours. After a little research i found out that the main problem is poor internet speed and service.

My ISP providing a poor service. It takes a lot of time to load a page or submit some information. It leads to a lot time wastage.

Hard to say as well, my biggest issue with my ISP is solely just the bandwidth of my provider. It'd be nice to have more so I don't have to be sparing of the amount of bandwidth I have if I decide to utilize my uploads more.

I agree with IdealMike. It is a good idea to write articles on Microsoft Word or Notepad. So you don't have to rely on the internet. There are many benefits of writing in MS-Word as you can use spellcheck, Grammer and word counts before you publish your article.

I don't have internet speed or connectivity problem every day. I can understand that it would be irritating to face the internet speed problem. You can save your work offline and publish it whenever you have a better connection.

Internet speed is also unreliable in my country but it has never seriously interfered with the writing part. I usually write the content initially on MS Word and simply copy paste them later to the blog editor prior to publishing. The internet speed can affect the speed of browsing between pages when you're doing a research, though, and that will likely impact the time you need to finish an article.

Of late, I've been experiencing the 'err-connection-timeout' error message which has kept me from accessing sites that are actually not down but only inaccessible to me. I learned that this can arise from a number of reasons. There are sites that offer possible solutions like modifying the hosts file to remove possible blocked sites. The only solution that has worked so far is restarting my modem, clearing the cookies on my browser, and restarting the laptop. This can be a nuisance, though.

If you are using Chrome or the firefox. I suggest making use of the Lazarus plugin or addon. This add on helps you save the form content. So let's say you are writing big content on this form. And suddenly lights went out. And you are struggling to recover content. In such case lazarus form plugin maintains a copy of that content. And you can get back the text content posted on the form.

Apart from this I suggest typing big paragraphs on notepad and this should be more than enough to make use of on the local drive. So that should help if you have publishing error.

For slow internet, nothing can be done apart from your ISP.

Our internet access at home is also slow since the package is cheap. But the internet does not hang and all we can do is to wait until the page is displayed entirely. But if the page hangs then we probably need to upgrade the subscription package. In fairness to our internet connection, there are times that it goes faster especially at night.
