Why not stop to create Facebook/Instagram WTB?

Hi everyone,

I'm a seller of Level-3.
This time I once again faced a big problem.
On of the WTB I was saw & BID there. I think that was for login a account here.
But Seocheckout give me an Infraction. So why not Admin stop those kind of WTB creating?
If we as a seller saw a social Media WTB, we have to BID there. Because lat 3 years we do this kind of job.

So can any way to remove my infraction now?
