Have you guys felt to highlight a customer in a bigger picture, in some other platform because I’m not sure you cannot do anything out here, especially if your target of concerned is the customer itself, who pays you for your service.
When a customer is not intellectual or doesn't talk any sense regarding their order or in a situation where, you need to talk with the customer that regarding the order they have purchased and when you message them, they don’t respond to your message.
How do you guys tackle such situations ?
