A lot of us today are stuck in a rut just pushing the same old SEO, Web Design, Marketing, etc. services or packages that we get so one tracked that we forget about a variety of different ways to make money. I'm talking about making your own product which isn't a digital one. A product that people can hold in their hands and use from day to day and tell their friends about then show them it. When their friends see it in action and then try it themselves they will want it, hopefully.
Have you ever seen something like this?
Do you see the price of this product?
What if I told you that a bracelet like that can be made for less than $15.00?
Would you be a little more interested in making your own product?
Now you can definitely get something like this for a lot cheaper than $38.95 but it won't be as nice. It will have a bad clasp as well as a cord similar to a shoelace. The higher quality survival bracelets are made our of steel clasps and para cord. The clasps will actually cost you around $4.50 to $4 a piece and the para cord can be purchased for around $4.04 per foot lol. The hardest part about this is that you'll have to learn how to braid para cord in a way that looks fancy like the image above and also thread in the clasp so it doesn't come off unless the cord is unwound.
Here's a simple idea of what you can get.
Para Cord
Buckle
The items above are almost identical to what are in the image I posted. So your total would be around $4 - $15 depending on the amount of para cord you use per item. You could easily sell these for $15+ if you'd like
After you get your first few prototypes up and running you can send them out for free to people on facebook, instagram, twitter, etc. in order to get your initial wave of reviews to come in. Let them know they will get one for free in exchange for a review (hopefully a positive one). Usually the people who get a free product will likely leave a positive review, but not always. There are actually people out there who aren't grateful for receiving a nice little gift in the mail
You can do a FBA (fullfilled by amazon) type deal as well. You make a few dozen bracelets and send them over to amazons warehouse. You will then set up your product on Amazon and they will monitor your inventory and handle all the shipping. It's a pretty sweet deal because under your item it will say "Ships and Sold by Amazon.com" which gives users a sense of security since Amazon is seen as the one selling the product and this makes the buyer more willing to open their wallet
It's a cheap way to get a product made and increase the price then sell it to outdoor enthusiasts
Think outside the box and start raking in the money.
I posted this because it's something I started doing a couple months ago and my product is almost ready for launch. Obviously I'm not making para cord bracelets because I would have just given away my entire business model lol.

It really is about thinking outside of the box, looking what is out there already and seeing what kind of things you can offer that are different and unique. If you put your mind to it there is a market out there for almost everything.
I have family members and friends who make things like cards, bracelets, life saving bracelets and even dream catchers and they all work well. Sometimes it really is the simple things that can make a lot of difference. If you get the right kind of materials and they are not overly costly to you, you can make some really nice things such as jewelry or even things for around the home such as dream catchers or even photo frames for very little meaning you can sell them for a small price and still make a profit.
