How to force the clients to provide the things I need them to provide ?

For a very long time I'm having issues with clients who don't read the Description nor the Instructions where it's written (with red color, underline, etc) what I need from them in order to complete their order. Most of the new clients simply provide what they think needs to be provided without reading anything.

So first I have to write them a message to follow the specific simple Instructions, then I have to wait and lose time while the clock is ticking.... only to receive the proper reply much later, putting me in an unpleasant situation where I have maybe 20-30% of the specified max 3 days for a delivery. Some of course don't reply at all and I'm forced to constantly keep an eye of those orders so I could send a mutual cancellation request on time, otherwise those orders will be shown in the "Late" section which is not good for the business. Even when I do propose a cancellation, fairly often, just few hours before the deadline the client rejects the request and provides the info he was supposed to provide 3 days ago.

So because of this I spend too much time writing them messages, reminding them, waiting for them, rushing to finish their orders... a cancellation is not an option because as I wrote, they will reject it and provide the necessary info eventually.

I contacted the Staff about finding a technical way to force the clients to read the very short and simple Instructions... (a much simple version of them is written at the top of the service's page as well, just to let them know that providing URL is not enough)... but they simply pointed the obvious, which is - you can't force anyone to read anything. If I can't force someone to read the 1st or 2nd sentence in the Description, then in the name of doing business, something needs to be done. Thus, I couldn't possibly be the only one with such an issue.

My solution would be the following:
Unlike now, each service should have a separate "fill the form" page where the clients will have to provide all the necessary details requested by the seller there. For an example, 1st field (textual) will require the URL and 2nd field (numerical) will require the current (starting) amount of particular type of social signals, and that number can be checked by using the tools written as a tiny description next to the 2nd field. Of course, there would be multiple forms of fields which the seller can choose from for his "fill form" page. I could do this with an external personal webpage, but that could cause a problem between Myself and seocheckout. Such thing will force the client to read the simple Instructions and to provide the necessary details, otherwise they wouldn't be able to place the order, because filling out the fields would be mandatory.

Any tips / solutions of yours ?

I personally know for a fact that my descriptions are accurate and my request also pretty straight forward and clear. When I get "confused" clients that don't really pay attention to my description or my request I just copy paste the part I need from them and respond with that.

If I get no response in 24 hours, I just cancel the order myself, no point in losing time waiting for clients that didn't read or didn't care to provide accurate information for me to work on.

One of the 'solutions' I use, but my whole point was not to lose (i.e. waste) even a single minute for no justified reason. Which is doable if the technical solution I suggested before is implemented. I honestly don't think that implementing such solution would represent a hassle for a brand like Ionicware. Until then, I (as a seller) will keep experiencing cases like this one: (...for which I will have to use the solution you suggested).

And on and on and on... time being wasted. Kind simple words don't help, but an altered Instructions page will help.

It is a coincidence that I had just been to a site that I subscribed to. There was a form to fill up and I obliged. But the form was pretty long and I got exasperated midway so I was forced to exit and leave the form incomplete. I wonder why some sites would have to force you to give lots of information. Pardon me but I am wary with such forms that I prefer the usual way of marketing that is free and easy.

So you have no idea how my service's Instructions look like and yet you point insults towards them ? Why do you even mentioned that website of yours, what forms, what are you talking about ?!
seocheckout itself created a category called Instructions. The client must read them otherwise how would he know what I need before I could start working ? Some clients are arrogant enough to assume what I would need to do the job and decide to skip reading the simple Instructions. If I proceed working without them providing the requested details it is some of THEM who will start yelling after I provide the delivery in which the only possible proof of work is provided. That wouldn't be possible to happen if they follow the Instructions - As Expected By The Marketplace Staff Itself.
You should look at the F marketplace, for more than a year they've placed the Instructions within a pop-up which MUST be accepted by the clients as if they're ToS (which they are actually). If you accept them as a client - you don't have a right to play dumb later after a delivery is made.
