What I want to know is how often do customers take chances with you and how do you deal with it?
Say for example you have a service for something like publishing a guest post and a service extra which is for you to provide an article right?
A customer sends you a message and ask you if you can also provide an article if they order an extra service.
You reply and say yes you can order the service extra for that.
They then order two of the services at $15 each totally $15 instead of ordering the service at $15 and the service extra at $55.
How would you deal with something like this since my feeling is the customer is taking a chance.
