Lynne recently made a topic about CAPS and SEO. - Does using CAPS help with SEO? - That topic gave me inspiration to ask you this question.
Are keywords CAPS sensitive?
What I mean is basically this:
Would I be able to rank "seocheckout" if I used capital letters differently or not at all?
Like this for instance: Seocheckout or seocheckout, or seocheckout. - Does any of this matters when it comes to rankings and keywords? - Would I get the same results no matter how I used capital letters?
Oh, and btw. Feel free to read the online etiquette discussion too!
Best Regards,

What I have noticed as well is the older the domain, the more insensitive it is to caps. Weird huh? You could try to replicate what idealmike did, and use their website for an example. I bet when the website gets older, and google does whatever it does on their backend in the future it wouldn't matter if they used caps or not. So I tend to think about this period of time when caps are sensitive, and when they are not as a trial and error period for the algorithm to properly index and display the search term content.
This is not SEO advice, or tips just what I have noticed, especially with new domains. Yes, I have noticed that if I type in my domain name in caps (first word, first letter capped, and second word, first letter capped), then the search will appear on the first page, in the first position. Now if I were to CAP my domain name then it will appear a little down the page. I believe the search engines are CAPS sensitive, especially if you use the search engine commands. However, this is also not true, depending on the age of the domain. What I have noticed as well is the older the domain, the more insensitive it is to caps. Weird huh?
