Live counter for likes, subscribers and followers?

Hey guys,
I'm going to "borrow" the video from this previous thread anwebservices posted:
Success Journey To 10 Million Subscribers On YouTube

As you can see in the video, there's a live counter for his subscribers.

What I wonder is, if this is actually something that exists for others things as well?

On Facebook for your fan page fans, for your likes on a new status or perhaps even for the amount of retweets from one of your tweets on twitter. Does the live counter exists for any of them?

Do you have any experience using it, and could you share any of the tools you've used previously?

Andre, you read my mind while I was watching that Youtube video about him hitting 10 million subscribers. I'm sure that someone somewhere has made a counter for any website that you can get followers or likes for! But no I have not come across this online myself yet. It would be interesting to see it in real time right?

Andre, there are a lot of websites that offer these type of services already, I won't post them here but you can quickly discover them by doing a Google Search.
They use some sort of third-party technology to link your social media accounts stream live counters, you can place them anywhere, including your website and there's even a WordPress plugin for that.

This is actually very cool for brick and mortar businesses to display their social achievements with real devices.

These things can easily connect to your Wifi and you can display your FB likes to your customers right from your store's window.

Oh cool Cristian that really is quite a nifty idea to incorporate your Facebook likes right there in your front window display. I love it, it is just funky!

Thank you Cristian, I appreciate your answer! - Do you have any experience with these things? - Could you recommend one of them in that case?

I can totally use something like this in the near future, but I want something slightly different. I would love to have a live counter for people who've participated in a certain thing, and I would love to "track" these people too. So I can find out who they are etc. - It would be an awesome way to "build a list" kind of, but instead, you'll just send them messages directly. Either to their email or on Facebook etc. - That would be awesome!

To be frank, I am wondering where those 10 million subscribers came from. I am imagining our country which has 100 million in population. How could I get 10% of our population to subscribe to my channel? Even if we go around the world, I don’t think 10 million people will be enamored to my videos that they will subscribe. I am always skeptical when the number is so huge.
