Feature Suggestion: Sort Freelancers by most knowledgeable

Hello! I would like to suggest a feature suggestion for the sorting option for the Freelancers page to sort by freelancers with the most knowledge or even most discussions. It could go next the the current sort options of User Level, Positive Ratings, Total Recommendations and Avg Response Time.

This would give those Freelancer who use the Community Discussions to establish their self as an actual expert in their industry. Either as a multi talented freelancer or as one that specializes in one thing.

It's just a quick suggestion that came to me when looking through the Freelancers page and I realized how useful it would be to be able to sort that list by most knowledgeable. Or by those who have the most discussions or something.

Something like this, a little head with some cogs in it or some other icon you could click on and it shows you how many CD posts/responses they have.

I believe doing this would have not only benefits for the people searching for a freelancer who is selling./providing something they are interested in so they could see just how knowledgeable they claim to be in that area.

But also because it would encourage those freelancers in that list to post more on the Community Discussions here as well! Obviously, they would want to come top for that to get the clients/sales so they would post more on the CD!

That makes perfect sense right!?

Come on let's add it as a feature!

What do you think?

As a user/seller/freelancer here - would you like to see that as an option?

What about if you was a buyer looking to hire a freelancer - would you like that filter option?

I know I well would!

I think this is a great idea Mike and you are full of them. I have been working really hard to climb this ranking but i wouldn't mind being labeled as a professional in my field. I contribute a ton of content here on the Discussion page, and it would be awesome to be put up on a mantle. The more visibility we can get as sellers the more chances we have at making sales which means more money for seocheckout. The sellers who have been here awhile should always be held up and shown above the rest. I say this for a few reasons, first we are the best at dealing with problems and competing orders. Second we have a extensive knowledge of Seocheckout rules and more. The filter you describe would be awesome and i hope they implement it.

Well, how would you attribute who is an expert and on what category? If I write and create new CDs for SEO does that mean I'll be an expert on SEO?
Don't get me wrong Mike, I think new features should be welcomed and I love you idea but I don't fully understand they way it should be implemented. By giving us a special label wouldn't that be like a second X level?
I agree that we might provide a better service experience compared to the new guys, but yet again, SC constantly needs the new blood for fresh ideas and new services.

This is a lovely idea and it would certainly encourage sellers to give back more to the community wouldn't it?

As a buyer I spend a lot of time here learning and asking questions. I have found lots of great sellers here just by the discussions that they post and I think geez I need this seller to do some work for my websites.

I believe that a feature like this will firstly give back to the sellers that give to the community and it will encourage more members to take part.
