How to grab a list of URLs on a webpage quickly + easily!

Hi all. Maybe sometimes you've been using a website and searching something on it and wish you could get all the URLS of that page that are showing?

But the only way you know how to do it is either right click all the links or view the source code and try and copy them from that.

That's what I used to do but sometimes you have many hundreds or thousands of links on that page and that would just take forever right?

Well if you ever need to do that and find a quick and easy way to get a list of all the URLs on that page in a nice neat format you need to use Link Gopher!

I've been using Link Gopher for a while now to help me with this purpose and it's pretty awesome!

It's a simple browser add so whenever you need to extract a long list of URL's from a web page you can just click it to extract all the links.

You can also extract all the links by a filter as well so in case there are some URLs you want only that have something in them you can get them.

Link Gopher is a great way to get all the links from a really long search that would take forever to save manually!

Take for instance searching pages on fb. You can scroll down forever for some searches! Well Link Gopher will let you collect all those URLs and then you can run them through something like URL Profiler to scrape them and sort them all by most amount of fans.

This can be used the same way for other social media sites too such as Twitter so you can collect tons of Twitter accounts by keyword and then collect all the URLs of the accounts which you can then scrape and check the amount of followers / tweets they have.

Or Google+ communities too. You can do a search on Google+ for communities and find many of them. Link Gopher will allow you to collect all of the URLs to those communities and then you can use URL Profiler (or similar tool) to scrape them all and sort them all by most amount of users. Also for Pinterest, LinkedIn, and other social media sites where you can search for groups and then use Link Gopher to extract all the URLs of those groups which you can use for marketing and promotion purposes etc etc.

There are many other uses for it too and I often find myself needing to use it or find it coming in handy in some way or another. Such as if I just want to see all the links on a page I'm using and things like that.

So yeah, Link Gopher, I just wanted to share it with you!

Hope you'll find it useful!

Do you know of any other similar tool like this for these reasons?

And does anyone use URL Profiler and know of a similar app/tool?

Or is that for another post? How to grab a list of URLs on a webpage quickly + easily!

Wow, this seems to work so much better than me actually creating PHP code to grab all the links from a page. Why didn't I think of this before? All that time I wasted when there was a browser extension all along. Thanks for the share, Mike, very cool and impressive!

Hmm, Link Gopher seems to be unavailable for Chrome at the moment, or I least I didn't found it by searching on Google or the Chrome marketplace.
I currently use a link grabber called well...link grabber. It's pretty basic stuff but gets the job done, I can filter duplicate links, blocked links and I can group them all by domain. Doesn't have an export feature but it dose have a copy button that copies everything and you can basically paste everything into a notepad or excel sheet.

I appreciate the mention of this tool. At least I know that it exists. I am not sure I have a need to use it but this information might come in handy in the future. So I bookmarked it.

For some reason my Chrome got messed up and I had to reinstall it. When I did I lost all the browser extensions I had added. I was going through discussions at this site and found this one. On second thought I've decided that this would be a good tool for me to use. I've installed it on my browser. I will need it for my own blogs and websites.

When I first begun to read this I was like no, I'm not using this tool because I don't want another tool on my browser, however the more I read about it, the more that I think that I need it.My main marketing platform is pinterest so, and I see the advantage of using groper to extract the links to group. I always do this manually and it takes alot of my time. I had never thought that they was a better way to do this.I will definitely be using this tool
