This totally sucks for both sellers and buyers but it's the only thing Seocheckout can do. An answer for "what the next thing is" I would say that even more, if not all, social media services will be prohibited in the nearest future. What I would suggest to anyone selling is, try to come up with something else to provide your clients. By depending on a third part site etc. will always increase the risks for bad things to happen. In this case, a bunch of sellers will most likely end up feeling desperate and without any proper know-how to change things.. And unfortunately for these people, that's the only they can do at times like this. - Come up with the next thing to do.

Yes it is a bit of a bummer for everyone but I totally agree with you here Andre. Everyone will come face to face with challenges with their business. It is about picking yourself up and finding something else that will work for you.

Well unfortunately these types of services are not allowed because they go against the TOS of seocheckout and also of those social networks too!

Please make sure you check the Terms of Service for Seocheckout and also the Listing Guidelines for more information.

I am sure that these changes are frustrating for you and lots of other sellers.

The next step is to mask the service in such a way that will not cause problems for Seocheckout and yet potential clients will be able to find you. It is also a sign you might want to change your strategy when it comes to WHERE you're offering your FB/Insta services, if you can't do it on marketplaces like these, it would be such a waste not to try to find another way to continue earning money by providing those services. It is also a reminder not to take anything for granted meaning one should always have multiple sources of income. And yes, it's definitely a (financial) loss for seocheckout, but it's not like they have a choice.

As far as I know masking the service description and titles won't help much. It will still cause problems to seocheckout and the staff will delete your services as soon as they find them.

Maybe is time to admit the fact that social services will soon die off since fb is leading such an aggressive campaign against selling such services. The other marketplaces and SC competitors will soon have the same problem, I have no doubt about this, the era of selling simple social services is over, if you want to keep making money online you need to learn and offer more professional services.

I assure you it will help. Regarding FB - it shouldn't contain the word itself or any logo, it shouldn't contain any shortcuts like FB, F-B, Faceb00k, it shouldn't contain the word Shares (and possibly likes)... in the Title, Description, Images, Tags or on any other publicly visible segment of your service.

Other marketplaces already went through the path Seocheckout is going through at the moment. It was middle 2014 when the F-marketplace deleted my FB service because the FB's enforcement team asked that from them. In Dec 2014, Seocheckout did the same - but in their case they told me it's done as a precaution. The recent event is obviously much more serious bcs they told me they already spoke with the FB's legal team. FB replied it's forbidden to use the F-word in any possible combination.

I don't know what made you think the era of social signals is over, there's Pinterest, LinkedIn, Disqus, Twitter, Google+, YouTube, Soundcloud... the list is long. Plenty of marketplaces as well, not to mention the direct channels of sales. And make no mistake, many of us have multiple sources of income, many of which couldn't possibly be offered on such a SEO-specific marketplace like seocheckout.

This is actually the fault of those enterprising people who victimized the buyers in this site. They employed their technical knowledge in using bots and coding skills to produce those fake likes and followers for Instagram and Facebook. I have read that Facebook is now doing a verification of the likes and followers to check if the numbers are legit or just created by bots.
