Hello my name is sayan and i am here from last 2 year but started selling from last one year as a seller..
Its okay at the beginning, but while i started getting huge amount of orders daily i noticed that many of my order canceled my buyer which not even started. Yes you heard it right those order are not even started. So those order overlooked by me and i never delivered my services due to this buyer often canceled order.
Most of the new user on Seocheckout face this kind of issues but this issues may lead to huge loss to the seller and to the Seocheckout also.
So if you receiving huge number of order daily then i you can avoid this issues. This is important as last month i loose over $120 due to this.
So i have found a solution to this..
First head over to manage sales..
Now click All
You can see mine one having one order which not yet started but that 's not only one :-)
There are many more
So go to the user those who not started their order.. and write this..
This may solve the problem. (But many don't even reply or understand the English language).
I hope this small tip may help you.. Long live seocheckout
Happy sales and keep providing good services...

Thanks for sharing your struggle with this and sharing how to try and get around this issue. I can't see your last screenshot though, it is just a message reminding the buyer that they need to give the information needed to start the actual order?
Just so you know, buyers get emailed automatically by seocheckout regularly too. I mentioned before in a discussion here that perhaps it would be best to get the buyer to enter all the relevant information that the seller needs before they pay and in that way this issue would become a thing of the past HI Sayan Thanks for sharing your struggle with this and sharing how to try and get around this issue.
