Can anyone recommend a free website SEO analysis site that I can use to start trying to fix one of my websites up?
I might want to get a professional analysis at some stage but for now I think getting a free SEO analysis somewhere so I can get started will work just fine for now.
Do you think this is the best way to go about starting to speed my website up and to fix problems?

Woorank spits out a decent free report compared to other websites. You get a good amount of info that shows you what you need to fix and what's already great about your pages.
From what I can see, you get the following from woorank if you do decide to upgrade:
The only downside about their whole system is that it's not 100% free. They'll give you just enough info to get started, but if you want to get into the detailed work that will put your website at it's highest performance level, you'll have to upgrade to a paid account.
I'm sure there are a few systems out there that you can combine that will give you all the paid features of woorank, but you'll have to figure out what works best for you
Speeding up your website depends on a variable of things. Your hosting company is one of the main things because if you're on a slow server, you'll have a slow website. Also, if you have enormous images that take forever to load, it will slow your pages down. So focus on speeding up your website by switching hosts if you need to and reducing the image sizes to fit the section they are in.
Hopefully that helped out enough to get you started
Can anyone recommend a free website SEO analysis site that I can use to start trying to fix one of my websites up?
Woorank spits out a decent free report compared to other websites. You can go through the list one by one and get everything fixed. Once something is fixed, check it off lol.[/*]
The only downside about their whole system is that it's not 100% free.
