A few larger companies that would be a good paypal alternative are as follows.

Google Wallet (Google checkout):
Google checkout is a pretty good alternative to paypal because it has a lot of the same features. You can use it for credit card processing and you can also send out invoices. Another really good thing about this is that you can do quick transfers to your bank account just like paypal. I don't remember how long it takes for Google Checkout to transfer, but I remember it's close to the same time as Paypal which can be up to 5 days.

2CheckOut:
2CheckOut has been around for a while and is slowly creeping up on Paypal in terms of how many clients it has. The checkout process is extremely simple and right to the point. You can receive credit card and paypal payment if you really want to, but if you're looking for an alternative I doubt you'll like to paypal lol. You also have access to a well designed shopping card that can be configured for international payments as well as recurring billing, which is amazing in my opinion I need some suggestions about top PayPal alternatives.

Authorize.net:
This is another big contender taking away members from paypal each year. It's been reported that authorize.net is possibly the largest payment gateway used today with a little over 400,000 merchants using their system. I actually have authorize.net but the amount of charge backs I get through it make the system unusable for me because I'm in the business to make money, not lose it I need some suggestions about top PayPal alternatives.

A few more you should look over that are making waves are Skrill, Intuit, ClickBank (if you're selling digital items) and Stripe. These are also great alternatives to paypal but I can't give you a detailed review on them because I haven't used them long enough, or at all lol. I've heard good things about them though I need some suggestions about top PayPal alternatives.
