Every freelancer (mostly) has clients that like using your services. Either because of your personality and the way you treat them. Or because of the quality of your work.

What is it about you that your clients have said why they enjoy working with you?

I've had tons of clients work with me solely because I talk to them like real people and I don't try to sell them crap they don't need lol What do your clients like about working with you? I have actually upsold a lot of my services to clients because I wasn't trying to upsell them, if that makes sense haha What do your clients like about working with you? What have they specifically told you? I'll usually lay out a plan of action for each of my clients after I look over their websites and what has been done already. I'll go over it with them and talk to them like I'm talking to a family member or friend I've known for a while. They'll usually sign up after I go over everything and maybe a month later they'll always ask "How can we amp this up?". I'll then go over some additional things we can do for their website and I'll make a bit more money.

I'll also keep a lot of clients signed up because of my response times. I don't wait a week to respond because I can normally email anyone back if I have my phone with me. I have a shortcut made on my phone that links right to my hosting accounts email, which is super convenient lol. I can click the shortcut and respond immediately after the notification comes through that "John Doe" has contacted me. People want to see you're a real person behind the contact us page, and if you respond quick then they are more willing to sign up or stay signed up What do your clients like about working with you? Most of customers usually like fast delivery, good communication, to deliver what is promised in service description, and to provide support after sale. So i try to stick to all this with patience and do my best for every customer in order to mainatain good rating and best possible customer relations for further reference

I often hear things like: "Fast delivery and quick response".

Here's one of my previous recommendations for instance:
~~You rock!!!!! Thanks…. My rating to this service is superb, excellent and A++++++++++. The seller delivered on time. What I also love is the online presence meaning there is accessibility anytime. The seller also cares about satisfying clients and even over delivered. I will surely recommend and order again. Thanks


I hear these kind of things both on Seocheckout but also from my personal clients. I care about my clients. I deliver as fast as I can and if I can't deliver in time for some reason, I offer them a full refund and deliver their services too. For free. I obviously don't do this on every single order, but it happens from time to time. In most cases, the buyers have actually refused the refund and paid for the services. Even though it was late. At one point, with one of my previous clients, I actually got paid the whole amount for a service I never delivered. Just because I offered them a full refund and told them exactly what had happened. I know that something like that is rare but it happened, and I think that's awesome.

Apparently, I don't nee to much indications. I consider myself a very thoughtful worker, I always choose the best way of making things even if the road is a lot harder, I just feel like I'm ripping them off if I don't offer my 100%.

Give them everything you are capable of, the best quality and skills you can muster and you'll eventually develop long term business relationships from which you can benefit greatly. Doing the bare minimum for you to get paid won't earn you popularity and clients that order a second time around.

I also do my best to deliver as fast as possible. I rarely get my orders late and every time I do, I offer compensation in form of small bonuses, every client appreciates bonuses trust me!

I have a favorite seller here and I can tell you why I love working with him. The first time I contacted him to enquire about his services he asked to see my website and he told me he can't do much for me. He gave me a full SEO audit on my website and told me to go and work on that first before I attempt to buy SEO services.

I went through that report carefully and made changes where needed and it took me MONTHS because I really didn't know much at all.

Then I went with his suggestion of writing new quality posts, targeting keywords that I ordered from him.

He gave me so much free advice, guidance and help over the last few years. In relation to the amount of money I have spent with him to date so far I have come out better than him I'm sure.

BUT I will always be faithful to him when it comes to SEO work because he has been straight with me from day one and I can see he really truly cares about my success and not just how much money he can get out of me.

This means he has me as a loyal and faithful buyer indefinitely. So one day he will make a lot of money out of me.

The clients that I have done work for are very satisfied with the quality of service I provide. As a freelance starter, my charges were quite low as I was willing to let clients see what I was capable of. I often get great feedback like quick turnaround, quality work.
