Best free online plagiarism checker?

I have been using a free online checker so far to check if my articles are ok but recently I have been getting annoyed with the 1,000 word limit on it as I have been writing a lot of longer articles. I tried out a free tool that allowed for 2000 words, which would be great, however it said parts of it were copied, although when I searched the bits up no results were found. Do you think there is such thing as a free plagiarism checker and if so what are you using? If not I may be forced to pay for one but that would be a last resort.

Checking for plagiarism is a difficult problem for me even today. Many authors turn to me with a request to place their texts in the newspaper, but due to the lack of real means of verification, most have to be refused.

Here I used a good plagiarism checker. I just inserted the text there, pressed the button and the program showed the result. Unfortunately, I kind of forgot its name. seems to be something on F. You can look it up on the net

I have never made use of a plagiarism checker, I have not thought it was important to use one considering that I write all my articles from scratch. I thought you also wrote from scratch.. so why need a plagiarism checker?

Yes I guess I might write a few words similar to another website but this would just be a coincidence wouldn't it, surely not enough that my content runs the risk of being flagged by Google one day?

I am very interested in your answer.

Sorry I didn't answer your initial question and instead asked you a question...

What you should focus on is ensuring that you write your articles from the scratch using your style of words, making it simple as you can so that your readers can be able to read and understand the message that you're trying to pass across. Also, while writing, do not try to look up most popular websites to swipe their contents for they can come for you claiming you copied from them.

As idealmike stated, most plagiarist checkers don't make the distinction between common language and actual plagiarism. That said, the only time you really need to worry about plagiarism or duplicate content is if an article makes heavy use of quotes.
