How to deal with people that come to comment in service?

Some people come to ask questions some time not related questions by commenting in service they even not sent you to inbox. They just come and post in service if level 3 can delete it if not that comment will stay do you think Seocheckout should remove that feature?

I can see how this would be very annoying to you. For me as a buyer I have seen lots of this happening. I like to research everything I can about a seller and their services before I purchase anything. I go and read all the comments and responses. Sometimes I see the strangest and completely unrelated questions on a service. This just wastes my time having to read through things that are not going to help me with my choice.

I can understand though why Seocheckout makes it that you have to be a Level 3 to delete comments on services.

Yeah, sometimes they ask PM related questions on the comment section of the service in question. I also dislike this when potential clients do this.
The best thing to do is respond in a polite way or if the comment is quite sensitive and out of place, remove the comment and contact the buyer yourself via PM giving him an explanation and response.
But overall I've found that buyers that don't bother on sending you a Private Message are more likely to NEVER order, they're already undecided and is little you can say to make them change their mind and actually place an order.

Hi sanfora thanks for your question. Comment in under service is the excellent feature on seocheckout. This feature very effective to communicate buyer and seller on sale page directly. So, Seocheckout never delete this feature illogically. Yes I do agree with you, some of user misused this feature. and commenting unrelated post like they try to promote service for other site. That should be awful. If user level 2 or above he can delete post by himself. But, if level one he cannot delete. No problem, you just need to send report to staff by click on report button. And I am sure staff will take necessary action as soon as possible.
