In this day and age, it's all about the World Wide Web and I don't think I know any one that does not use the Internet except the really elderly people. So I been thinking about cable tv and its uses for entertainment like movies and shows the news sports etc and I realized the Internet has that covered as well you can stream just about anything Netflix for movies and show you can get sports updates all that good stuff. So my question is how long before cable becomes old news and everyone is watching everything from just a computer or their phone. Or if they have a system like Xbox you can watch Netflix on your tv. Do you think cable will eventually be irrelevant ?

I just hope that it'll be enjoyable to watch the TV shows via Netflix or another system. I don't watch much TV, as I have Netflix, and the Amazon Firestick so that is basically all I need at this time.. and internet.. lol I think Cable is starting to be irrelevant and woven out of the system at a moderate pace. The only concern is, is the content that is created from TV networks. How would producers make money to create new media if they can't do it via the TV stations any longer? Netflix, and Amazon have their own "original" TV shows, and I'm a bit baffled as to how they are profiting to run those "original" TV shows.
