Buyer wont accept cancellation manually and make orders late and that affects rating. What to do to make him acccept it?

If I understand you correct, you want to cancel the order as you won't be able to deliver in time, because of the buyer? -As long as you answer your clients replies, on your order page, your response time will not be affected in a negative way. Your delivery time however, will increase by this, but as long as you and your client have an agreement, you should still deliver the order and the buyer would be able to rate your service after that. Even though you might have deliver the service late in that specific scenario, it shouldn't be a valid reason to give you negative feedback off. In case you do get negative feedback because of that, just contact Seocheckout support and they will most likely sort that out.
