Pardon me for laughing because it seems funny to me when I read that line that you are always banned. Seriously now this gives me a puzzle because what would make your site be banned by Adsense? The only way I know is when you have a click brigade. That is a group of users that clicks on the ads that are displayed by Adsense on your site.
