A person's age is not really relevant when it comes to working. The only thing that is important is whether or not someone is trained to do that job and has knowledge to complete the task assigned. There are some exceptionally talented five year old artists and some who don't start until they are in their eighties. The same goes for many professions including programming. So long as that person can produce the results, young or old it will not matter. What do you think of young programmers?

Not sure about the age but programming is hard work. Here you have to use the brain. You have to make some good choices. And that's how the programming works out for the final product. And if you are going to be serious about it. Then in such case you can get the most out of the programming. You may not be easily manage things but it does take time in many ways. So those who are young programmers they need to manage the learning curve they have time. But as you age you'd have less time to make decisions so it is more young people game these days. As it requires more fresh brain over the issues.

True, we where literally at each others throats during the build up and subsequent programmers, however even during it's most brutal both sides were still willing to have programmers discussions on any range of issues Get Home Work Online. Both sides willing to hear the other out and compromise.
