    What if your customers need help when you are a reseller?

    If you buy a reseller package from your hosting company and then resell to your own customers, how will you handle customer complaints if they have a technical issue with the hosting? Does your host company handle these issues?

    You have to handle your customer issues as you ought to do this..so you should have good technical skills as well.
