I ask the buyer to set up an account on the domain registrar where my domain is actually registered. Once payment is received, I will push the domain to his account. The transfer takes in less than one minute. If the new buyer wants to transfer to another registrar he will have to do on his own, which might take up to one week. Here is what I do.
