Yes there are several tools for free backlinks that you can easily find it online. But remember the best quality backlinks are done manually by professionals using white hat methods.

I have to agree that the best backlinks are done manually since you do not need a lot of backlinks because even just a few quality backlinks will do. That is one good reminder that we should always remember when building backlinks for our site because I have read many discussions that say a low quality backlink can pull down the ranking of your site in the search engines. We just have to be choosy on the site where we post the backlinks.
