On Seocheckout, there are lost of tutorials on the topics the OP has mentioned in the thread. there is no need to go to third party website to learn about blogging.
Creating a blog, customizing the blog, publishing contents, doing SEO, and marketing the blog is not very difficult to achieve, what is difficult is getting regular traffic and converting that traffic to ad clicks or affiliate product purchase is very difficult.

I like the inspiring line that says - there are 100+ ideas how to get more traffic and make money! That will certainly give confidence to those who are newcomers to blogging. And I’m sure Adsense is part of that 100 plus ways to earn money because Adsense is the pillar of blogging in terms of earnings.
