Hiring someone to backlink

It's possible to hire someone to do your backlinking. But would you rather pay by the backlinking job or by the hour for backlinking services? Just for me, I think by the job would be better, as you will likely end up paying far more than otherwise if you pay by the hour.

I'm lucky so far not to have to hire anyone for backlinking. Though I have hired writers for my forum and my blog as I consider content creation to be an essential part of good search engine optimization.

Usually I do not hire the people for link building. I think paying for the backlinks job is better idea.

Outsourcing people to do your backlinks is a very good move because it's not really advisable to do it yourself because it could very time consuming. It's best to get effective people to do the job so that you can concentrate in doing more important stuff.

I think it is better to pay the virtual assistant on a per backlink basis. That will also have the advantage of posting the backlinks on a longer time period. I have the impression that it’s not a good idea to post 10 backlinks continuously as if there will be a problem with the time logged of the posting. Besides, the per hour is not clearly defined regarding the output of the worker.
