Yahoo Search ads look too much like search results?

Have you noticed how Yahoo Search ads look a lot like the actual search results. If you are not looking carefully, you're likely to click on one of the ads that appears at the top of the page. Though it's marked as 'ads related to... (search term), the text is grayed out so it's not as pronounced or visible on the page as the ad text. Do you think this is a deceptive practice? Do you feel like Google's ads are more clearly labeled on search results?
