Google in court again

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is going through with their threats of a lawsuit against Google for anti-trust practices.

Google is accused of restricting online trade with biased search results that drive consumers to the content it owns (Google Travel, Products, YouTube, Maps, Google+, etc.) or content it chooses, as opposed to that favored organically by the public.

So in essence, they are not playing fair. What are your thoughts on this lawsuit? Is it biased against Google as they are a huge conglomerate cooperation? Is this really about fair play or is Microsoft pushing the FTC to take Google down a notch?
