Have you ever been tempted to stop using Google search?

For some reason, my search provider on Firefox has been changed to Yahoo. And, now when I search from my browser bar, search results are loaded into Yahoo search, not Google. Rather than going to google.com and redoing the search, sometimes I will just browse the Yahoo search results. I don't find the results to be as good or comprehensive, but they're not all that bad either.

I like Google and i don't test others search engine naturally. But like you, sometimes, my default search engines change and when when i enter a keyword in the address bar, it is Yahoo or Search bar software engine that make the process. The Yahoo result are not so relevant as the Google ones but i m quite satisfy with them. They open result in a new tab

That's one of my favorite features, where search results open in a new tab. So much more convenient than having to click back through browser history to get to search results.

Bing has a really nice search engine. I like their video display. But yeah, old habits (like searching with Google) die hard :/

Great features really. I think Google don't use them for a reason, by example if you click on a result and click the back button after, Google ask you if you want to hide this website as results for further research. Some way to improve search i guess

Yes you are correct. I guess when I go and search it is always with google. I never even give Bing a thought.

One of my computers has Bing installed as the default search engine. I can't change it as it always changes back on next login.

From time to time, I use other search engines for testing if I am comfortable with it. Fortunately for Google, it seems that I have developed a habit for it and it is Google that is most comfortable for a search engine. I have checked Bing rewards and it’s quite good but I don’t find the search list very relevant to me. The relevance factor of Bing and yahoo is like just 50% to 60% compared to the relevance of Google’s search list. I know that the relevance I’m talking depends on the algorithm of the search engines.
